4. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTRACTORS OR PARTNERS
Texas Home rebates:
Does not provide contracting, installation, repair, credit repair, or lending services
Does not supervise, warrant, or guarantee any partner's work, pricing, performance, approvals, or claims
Is not liable for any contractors actions, omissions, delays, damage, damages, or representations
Any arrange arrangements between you and a third-party contractor or lender and solely between you and them.
You agree that Texas Home Rebates is not responsible for:
Workmanship or service quality
Property damage
Contract terms
Pricing, interest rates, or loan terms
Missed rebates or denied application
Miscommunication between you and the partners
5. USER REPRESENTATION
